Our strong electrical and mechanical engineering capabilities give us the flexibility to provide reverse engineering services needed to help our customers resolve problems caused when OEM suppliers no longer support obsolete equipment.

Working closely with the transit authority's technical personnel our engineers can diagnose faulty equipment and develop repair/overhaul procedures. Engineering drawings are made allowing for component selection and/or manufacturing of obsolete components necessary to perform critical repair/overhaul functions. Manufactured components are made in our state of the art machining facility.

Matrix Railway Corp specializes in repairing equipment whose condition has been deemed beyond the repair.

Under the direction and approval of the transit authorities repairs are made and equipment is brought to like new conditions.

All reconditioned equipment is monitored for repair/overhaul effectiveness.

Also, any modifications made are monitored and isolated problems are analyzed, and solutions established to prevent such occurrences from happening again.
